1st Birthday Celebration - 17 Jan 09
Celebrated Javan's 1st birthday 1 day in advance at Mum's house. We had a small birthday cake and pizza for celebration.

1 Year old jab on 10 Jan 09
Brought Javan to his 12 Month jab yesterday. Suppose to schedule on 18 Jan but we change to 10 Jan 09 as he will be having his 1 Year Old celebration. Hurray!! Mummy is really looking forward.
We waited for more than 2 hours for Javan's jab. I did not prepare his afternoon feed as i did not expect the queue to be sooo long, previosuly we went on that timing and managed to come back before lunch hour. In the end, i ask for some rice cereal sample from the clinic and managed to feed Javan a small packet of rice cereal, not so full for him but at least managed to fill his stomach. He was cranky even before his lunch, after we gave him his rice cereal, he was sitting happily in his stroller.
PD said he is growing well. Well, he is now 3x of his brith weight. Was pondering on his height after i got home coz i suspect that he's lesser than 77cm??!! Not too sure, previosuly the assistant who took his measurement would record it on his health booklet but this time round, the new assistant did not record on the health booklet. Anyway his weight is confirm!!

1 Year Old Photo Studio Shoot
As promise on my earlier post that we will bring Javan to photo studio for his 1 year old professional photography. Got the promotion rate for the shooting package but due to distant ended up :-s
Anyway happy to say that Javan was pretty well behaved on that timing. He woke up just on time. Pretty cooperative and everything went on well. Photographer David really did a good job in taking nice pictures of us and most importantly he really knows how to make him SMILE!! He was sweating though...hahhah....
Javan had a total of 4 outfit and 1 outfit was from the studio (which is the PEA outfit). Oh, not forgetting the naked posed too... :-)
Javan gonna be a toddler on 18 Jan 2009. We will missed his baby days. No matter how old he is, he will always be our Little Baby. He's a Darlin to daddy and mummy!

Javan Said his FIRST WORD
Javan surprise us again. He has been saying mamaaa...mumm, baba...since 2 week ago but not calling us though, still waiting him to call us.
This morning, he finally said his first word, "Bear"...thot it's a conincidence...but he said it a few times. This evening while we were on the cab on our way back from photo taking session. He said bear again and this time looking at the blue care bear. He said it a few times. We are sure that he knows it's BEAR!
We have been feeling exhausted these few days, taking care of super active Javan is really No Easy task for us. But then these few days we have been rewarded with some kind of surprise. Firstly with mama...then baba...then he finally stopped saying mamam...mummm..and keep saying baba..this few days...perhaps he figure out that baba is so much easier or rather baba has been playing/talking to him :-S

Javan can call baba/Pull to stand
It's really amazing to see my little one growing so fast. Hope to capture all of his "phases" before it's all over. Recently lil' darlin loves to scream and he will get mad when things that he want are being refused.
He has already started to pull to stand but cant really stand long on his own, will fall as his legs are still pretty wobbly. This is the reason that we need to fence him before he starts to pull to stand in a dangerous spot.
He loves to climb up the sofa with the help of my legs as a stool. Everytime when he did it, he will grin with smile in victory.
He loves to flip books.
He can do "Gong xi" when asked to, but very much depends on his mood. Unlike "bye bye" which he can do when asked to most of the time.
He can now move to a sitting position when he is lying on his back on lying on his tummy.
