Monday-SAHM

Am a SAHM today. It's definitly a tiring day with a super active and "sticky" toddler at home.

This is his schedule:

7.00Am - Good Morning
7.10Am - Milk Time
8.00-9.00Am - Morning Stroll/Marketing Time
9.00-9.30Am - The Wheel on the Bus
9.30-10.00Am - Morning Break Time - Apple Museli
10.30Am - Bubble Bath
10.30-12.00Am - See Saw and Free Play Time.
12.00-12.30Pm - Lunch Time
1.00-4Pm - Napping
4Pm - Milk Time
4.30-6.00Pm - Playtime
6.00Pm - Dinner Time

Realised that Javan is extra sticky to me today. Having a little of separation anxiety and maybe wanting to follow mummy, curious of what is Mummy doing?
Especially when Mummy is cooking his dinner, he demanded to be in the kitchen and later demanded for Mummy to carry him. He really cling to Mummy like a Koala Bear.

Mummy has a hard time clearing up the house after he has his nap. clearing up the bathroom/bedroom/living room.....

Has found a place to throw his toys

Tearing up serviette into small pieces and hide it under the bed..knows that Mummy will get mad at him...


His very first time in opening the shoes cabinet by himself, tiptoes and open the door with the other hand while one hand on the door knob. Brought out all the shoes. Bring 1 pair of shoe to another place and clean off the dirt on his feet by himself (mimicking adult), then try to put on his shoes. *Such a cute little act*

Playtime

Lately, our little boy seems to be so amused by a vanguard sheet.

This vanguard sheet is a divider for flashcard to separate from different categories. It's made by Mummy.

He keep repeating his action. Picking up the sheet, placing it high up (above head level) and throw it on the floor. And that really can entertained him for some time till Mummy keep it. Wants to calm him down before bed time. He's really laughing too hard and screaming. Mummy is so worried that will lead him to hysteric....being hysterical.

Is learning about gravitational force? He loves to throw things and see them "free fall"

Wonder when will the throwing phase be gone???

Playtime

I wish i can take more pictures and post it weekly or every fortnightly of Javan play time since his playtime/habit is constantly changing. It's indeed cute/funny to see him playing with some of his toy and caught him in some funny act.

Little Boy prefers to play rough with the ride on rather than riding it


Loves to sit on the sofa and push down all cushions, then "walk" on the cushions happily


Playing with the switches is one his favourite playtime (including finding 1 outside)


Opening and closing (banging) the drawers.



Watching favourite programme-The wheel on the bus.

Daddy and Javan's little Conversation

Thought it's a good idea to jot down this incident. Our little Darling seems to have grow up in a blink of eyes.
Daddy's conversation with Javan. This conversation started off with Daddy forbidding Javan going near TV. Daddy carried him and he scratches and pinch Daddy's face. (Javan scratches and pinch our face whenever we tried to control his dangerous actions). Poor Daddy's face had been scratched countless time. He seldom do it on Mummy, only once on my face and once on my thigh so far.

After Javan scratches Daddy's face.
Daddy beat his hand, he cried a little.

Daddy: Javan 有乖吗？不可以打Daddy.
Javan: Nod his head

After the promised, Javan actually remebered his promised and he stopped scratching Daddy's face and lies on Daddy's shoulder without biting Daddy. Whenever he wants to bite on Daddy's shoulder he look at Daddy (not only scratches and pinch, it seeems like a habit to bite on Daddy's shoulder). Daddy remind him that he promised not to bite and be a good boy. The promised really works, at least for sometime. Shall see if he can remenber his promised again.......

Other than the biting and tantrum throwing, Javan has been a sweet and good boy at times too!
Mummy was in his playyard playing and watching wheel on the bus with him. He walk behind me and hug me and gave me a wet kiss (without being prompt/asked to). It really melt Mummy's heart. My little Darlin gave me a BIG hug and a BIG kiss me voluntarily!

Whenever Daddy is out of his sight, he starts looking at "Where is Daddy", He look intensely at the closed room. Ran and knock on the room whenever there's noise. Daddy opens the door and he will laugh happily.

He run to me and gave me a hug at time and call me mama....

19 Month

Javan is 19 Month Old TODAY!

Have not been taking much photo's of Javan lately. Mainly because he's actively moving around every minutes and second and we will never have a nice picture of him. Plus our digital camera is kinda 'slow'.

Updates on 19 months
Likes to watch TV, especially The little wheel on the bus.

He will prompt us to swtich on the TV for him.

Whenever we ON the DVD Player, he will point to the TV and remote control to tell us that he wants to watch TV. He loves the song, Incy Wincy Spider. Whenever Incy Wincy Spider appear, he will sit still (with 100% concentration) and watch incy spider song.

He will passed me the TV remote control whenever there's no more of his favourite character on the TV, asking me to switch channel for him.

Shake head vigorously whenever things that he doesnt want or he is angry. Guess he's growing up, has a mind of his own?

Tantrum throwing-seems to be going through tantrum throwing stage. He will throw remote control, including his cups and even carrying heavy toys up and throw, including of shouting and screaming whenever we stopped him or he's angry.
Im so glad that nowaday ive more patience with him, will not smack him but talked to him nicely that it's wrong or wait till he is ok, i will remind him. Anyway, it's a passing phase whereby toddler is learning the cause and effect.

A Left molar has erupted Saw a little white sprout on his left gums. Should be able to see his left molar soon.

Mei you antics
Javan got a fan from the National Day from Yew Tee. Daddy brought it out and when asked Javan to fan. He knows how to fan it. Perhaps its kinda similar to what he does, Mei You...Whenever we ask him, Mei You/No More, He will do it with his cute his Mei You Antics. Has fail to take video of his antics.

Farm Visit

An impromptu visit to the Hay Dairies Goat Farm last Saturday. Had problem with blogging at home on the actual date 8 August. We took the free Titoy Express to Kranji Hay Dairies since it's just 5 mins walk from our house to MRT.

It's kinda rush for us since mummy has to do marketing. At least not for Mum & Dad but for our lillle darlin's lunch and dinner. Mummy still do not like the idea of letting him eat out. After marketing, Mummy fed Javan with his usual apple Museli then we rushed out of the house. Daddy doesn't like this kinda rush rush outing...Since it's for Javan and we are actually feeling guilty of not bringing him out, so no complaint from us. ^_^

We boarded the bus at 10am and reached at 10.20am, first stop for us will be Hay Dairies. Javan likes to look at the goats and the milking session. We are unable to feed the Goat. But we managed to bring him to have a close look at the goats.



Next we went to the Dragon fruit farm since it's just a stone away. Weather was hot so we skipped the plantation. Only saw the Koi fish and Daddy fed the fishes. Javan looks as though he wanted to touch the fishes. Haha...

Nice Haircut?

This is our little Javan with his new haicut. New haircut by Mummy. It been a long time since Javan has his last haircut. Ive blogged the last time we brought him to have his haircut. I managed to cut his hair as i really cant bear to see him cry his lung out. It's a really diffcult task. Though it's not so professionally cut but it's neater. Some commented that he look girlish with this new haircut but to Mum & Dad, our darlin is definitely the cutest and the most handsome BOY.
