MidAutumn Celebration
As usual from last year, we joint in the celebration at My Quintet from 6-9pm. We bought 2 tickets. It comes with dinner/lucky draw/goodies bag, including mooncake which they brought round for the resident. Javan had his usual fish porridge. Daddy went to shopping mall and bought him a "colourful light lantern stick" which he likes, well...at least more than the Doraemon lantern, at least he is willing to hold on his own. We did not buy lantern for him as the old one works fine. Nanny and family bought him a battery lantern.

Javan loves Mummy
My little darlin really loves Mummy! This evening marks Mummy's happiest evening.
It goes...
Mummy carried Darlin with head tilt to one side, unexpectedly my little darlin called me gently "mama" and gave me 2 wet kisses. Evidently...he loves mummy. MUMMY loves Javan too!
Our little darlin has grown up so fast and mummy sometime procrastinate on blogging all event down. Mummy really lost tract of some of the eventful moment, especially this month which is a busy month in the office. But i will certainly blog down all memorable event/happenings.

20 Month
Little Darlin is now 20 month old. But there's still no luck/improvement on his speech yet, though people would expect a toddler to speak some words at his age.
Since he has no companion and enrichment programme, we've decided to send him to playgroup, as encourage by his PD. And there's 2 more months to countdown. To socialised and learn. We would hope that he can be more independent.
There's really no doubt there he can understand us though he cannot speak and tell us what he wants. When asked to get things and hand over to us, he did it correctly.
There's are also times whereby he gets frustrated when we cannot understand his whinning/baby language, he cries and cries and we have to distract him. Hope the playgroup can really helps else.......
Mama/Papa: When being demanded he will call us...at some occasion only, he will called mama willingly...
No more: Whenever he finished his milk/food/water/Wheel on the Bus has finished/ended, he will show his no more antics.
Pointing/whining: Will point and whine to things that he wants or trying to say. Able to point to some objects that he know correctly when being asked to.
When asked "where is the train/bus/bird/ntuc/......, he is able to point accurately"
Tantrum: Will throw tantrum when we being force to do things that he doesnt like or when we disallowed him to do things.
Able to drink water on his own-including opening and closing the cover on his mag mag cup.
At this age, he's definitly more aware of the surrounding. eg. When we bring him to a stranger place, he demanded to be carried. When ask if he wants to stay here, he will shake his head. When there's a toy that attracted him, he will still look for us in a short while.
lots more......

Monday-SAHM
Am a SAHM today. It's definitly a tiring day with a super active and "sticky" toddler at home.
This is his schedule:
7.00Am - Good Morning
7.10Am - Milk Time
8.00-9.00Am - Morning Stroll/Marketing Time
9.00-9.30Am - The Wheel on the Bus
9.30-10.00Am - Morning Break Time - Apple Museli
10.30Am - Bubble Bath
10.30-12.00Am - See Saw and Free Play Time.
12.00-12.30Pm - Lunch Time
1.00-4Pm - Napping
4Pm - Milk Time
4.30-6.00Pm - Playtime
6.00Pm - Dinner Time
Realised that Javan is extra sticky to me today. Having a little of separation anxiety and maybe wanting to follow mummy, curious of what is Mummy doing?
Especially when Mummy is cooking his dinner, he demanded to be in the kitchen and later demanded for Mummy to carry him. He really cling to Mummy like a Koala Bear.
Mummy has a hard time clearing up the house after he has his nap. clearing up the bathroom/bedroom/living room.....
Has found a place to throw his toys

Playing with stick

Playing with stick like a walking stick

Playing with Daddy's Baggy

Messing with clothes in the drawer

Tearing up serviette into small pieces and hide it under the bed..knows that Mummy will get mad at him...

His very first time in opening the shoes cabinet by himself, tiptoes and open the door with the other hand while one hand on the door knob. Brought out all the shoes. Bring 1 pair of shoe to another place and clean off the dirt on his feet by himself (mimicking adult), then try to put on his shoes. *Such a cute little act*

Playtime
Lately, our little boy seems to be so amused by a vanguard sheet.
This vanguard sheet is a divider for flashcard to separate from different categories. It's made by Mummy.
He keep repeating his action. Picking up the sheet, placing it high up (above head level) and throw it on the floor. And that really can entertained him for some time till Mummy keep it. Wants to calm him down before bed time. He's really laughing too hard and screaming. Mummy is so worried that will lead him to hysteric....being hysterical.
Is learning about gravitational force? He loves to throw things and see them "free fall"
Wonder when will the throwing phase be gone???

Playtime
I wish i can take more pictures and post it weekly or every fortnightly of Javan play time since his playtime/habit is constantly changing. It's indeed cute/funny to see him playing with some of his toy and caught him in some funny act.
Little Boy prefers to play rough with the ride on rather than riding it

Loves to sit on the sofa and push down all cushions, then "walk" on the cushions happily

Playing with the switches is one his favourite playtime (including finding 1 outside)

Opening and closing (banging) the drawers.

Watching favourite programme-The wheel on the bus.
(favourite songs-Incy Wincy spider, Marching, Polly/Dolly..etc..)

Day Draming Vs Deep in Thoughts!!??
